HOW WE STARTED:

IONTIK was founded in 2019 by Nick Aflitto and was born from the desire to help researchers better understand the natural world. Nick holds his BS and MS from Northern Arizona University in forestry and a PhD in entomology from Cornell University. IONTIK has grown into a ecological innovation lab that works closely with companies, governments, and universities to meet their technological needs related to forests and crop systems.

Some of our customers include USDA ARS and USFS, Smithsonian, Provivi, Cornell University, and Michigan State University.
